Before you book.
How quickly can you collect?
For same-day jobs, call or WhatsApp us and we'll tell you on the spot when a van can reach you. For a set date and time, send a booking request and we'll confirm it.
What fits in a 3.5t van?
Boxes, parcels, pallets, building materials, furniture and event kit. If you're not sure your load fits, send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
Will my goods share the van?
No. Each job gets its own van, driven direct from collection to delivery, or to each drop in order on a multi-drop run.
How is the price worked out?
By distance, the load and how urgent it is. You get a fixed price for the whole job before we set off.
Do you go outside London?
Yes. We cover all of London out to the M25 every day, and do longer UK runs on request.
Are goods insured in transit?
Yes. We hold Goods in Transit insurance, plus Public Liability cover up to £1 million. If your load is high-value, tell us when you book.
